Emergent Convention

I am back from the Emergent Convention. A crazy week caused me not to be able to post or even take pictures - aghhh.
There are people who blogged about the event though.
These are interesting events for me to be part of – so much of it is not what I personally desire, but in other ways it seems to be good for many of the attenders. Not only that, to be able to work with Marko, Mark, Thom and Jeanie is privilege.

Shelley and I did get to meet some wonderful people – Ryan and Holly, Damion and Jen. I wish I had taken pictures.

Shelley led yoga each morning and as a prayer response to a video about aids in Africa.

I will reflect more over the next few days.

Sorry to hear about your techno-troubles and that no photographic documentation was done. That would've been sweet. I, of course, was calling you a "dork" on my blog for not blogging during the Convention (http://www.knightopia.com/journal/archives/000096.html). I now feel guilt about that. You are a good person after all. I look fwd to your reflections on San Diego in the coming days. ;-)
