Shelley and I got home from San Diego on Saturday night and found that our furnace had gone out. The same thing had happened last week. So I new it was not goigng to be good.
I called Center Point Energy HomeRepair at 8:30 PM. At 3:15 when the service tech showed up he said, "yeah, this isn't good".
At 4 AM he told me we needed a new furnace.
So, $4,128 later the installers are hear this morning putting in our new Carrier furnace.
So, anyone wanna buy a BodyPrayer book?
is there a prayer in that book for the healing of a furnace?

Thank you for not blaming me for the furnace going out since I was the one that had been there all week. I SWEAR I didn't touch it! :) Hang in there...the Carrier should do just fine for you.

Actually, rumor has it that when Hammond's furnace goes out, it's seen as a sign from God and he just buys another house.
I also have the BodyPrayer book Doug, but you gave me a Chipotle burrito prior to the first episode of "24" this year, so I will definitely reciprocate sometime and help ease your financial malaise.

I already have the book, but I think I owe you lunch some where. Feel free to cash that in during this time of need. Maybe if you were a little more like Mac Hammond these kinds of things wouldn't happen to you.
